§ 10-33. Renewal of permit.

Permits for adult entertainment establishments must be renewed on a year-to-year basis, provided that the permit holders continue to meet the requirements set out in this article and unless earlier revoked or suspended. The renewal fees for the adult entertainment establishment permits shall be established in the schedule of fees as set by resolution of the city council.
