Article II. ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS |
§ 10-39. Fees.
(a)
Every application for an adult entertainment establishment business permit (whether for a new permit or for a renewal of an existing permit) shall be accompanied by the application and investigatory fees in the amounts set forth in the city's schedule of fees.
(b)
In addition to the application and fees required above, every adult entertainment establishment that is granted a permit (new or renewal) shall pay to the city an annual nonrefundable regulatory fee in the amount set forth in the city's schedule of fees.
(c)
Every application for an adult entertainment establishment employee permit (whether new or renewal) shall be accompanied by an administrative, investigatory and regularly fee in the amounts set forth in the city's schedule of fees.
(d)
In addition to the fees set out above, adult entertainment establishments are required to pay all other ad valorem, business and occupation taxes applicable to that business.
