§ 10-90. Clear view of premises required.

The owner, operator, or manager of any billiard or pool room in the city shall not permit to be used on such premises any screens, shades, partitions, or other devices which shall have the effect of obstructing the view through the windows or doors of the place where the billiard or pool tables are kept.
