§ 10-125. Amount of income which may be derived from machines that provide for noncash redemption.
(a)
No business owner shall derive more than 50 percent of such business owner's annual income from the business location in which the bona fide coin-operated amusement machines are situated from amusement machines that provide for noncash redemption as described in O.C.G.A. § 16-12-35(c) and (d);
(b)
In order to demonstrate compliance with this section, the business owner shall provide information sufficient for the city to determine the amount of annual income of the business and the amount of noncash redemption.
