§ 18-62. Exterior and publicly accessible evaluations of multi-family rental units and multi-family properties.

Exterior evaluations will be conducted to ensure compliance with the Riverdale Property Maintenance Code, NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code, existing provisions), the International Fire Code and other referenced standards contained therein as listed in the checklists as published by the building safety division.
