§ 22-222. License required; fee.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a massage establishment without having obtained a license therefor, or for any person to allow a massage technician, to administer massages, without first having obtained the license required by this article.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to administer massages without having obtained a license required by this article.

(c)

The license fee for a massage technician shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges.
