§ 22-318. Permits.

At least 24 hours prior to conducting a yard sale, a permit for the yard sale shall be secured from the community development department. Upon application for a permit, the applicant shall be provided with a copy of the provisions of this article. Fees for permits shall be as established from time to time by the city council and set forth in the schedule of fees and charges.
