§ 22-353. Penalties.

The failure of any person employing private security personnel to provide notice of such employment to the city shall constitute a violation of this Code and shall subject such person to prosecution in the municipal court of the city. In addition to prosecution for violation of this section, repeated failure to comply with the provisions of this article as evidenced by three or more convictions or pleas of guilty or nolo contendere to any offense under this article within a period of 12 months shall constitute a nuisance.
