§ 26-18. Operational reports.

(a)

Within six months from the acceptance date of the franchise, a grantee shall submit to the city engineer and the administrative officer an installation plan for the entire city, indicating the date on which a grantee expects the installation of the CATV system to be completed and available for service to subscribers in the various areas of the city.

(b)

A grantee shall furnish the city engineer with progress reports indicating in detail the area of construction of the CATV system. Such periodic reports shall be furnished at three-month intervals, the first report to be made three months after the construction commencement date.
