§ 26-31. Grantee will not contest validity of franchise.

A grantee agrees by the acceptance of the franchise that it will not at any time set up against the city in any claim or proceeding any conditions or term of the franchise as unreasonable, arbitrary or void or that the city had no power or authority to make such term or condition, but shall be required to accept the validity of the terms and conditions of the franchise in their entirety.
