§ 2-301. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Slum area shall have the same meaning defined in O.C.G.A. § 36-61-2(18).

Urban redevelopment project powers shall have the same meaning defined in O.C.G.A. § 36-61-17(b).
