§ 2-176. Meetings.

Pursuant to both Charter section 70 and appendix A, art. XII, the city council has the authority and recognizes the need to set a date and time for regular meetings of the planning commission; these regular meetings shall take place on the third Monday of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m. Nothing in this article prevents the planning commission from calling and advertising a specially called meeting as needed to conduct its business.
