§ 30-32. Offense; penalty.

  • It is hereby declared to be an offense for any person, owner, agent or tenant to maintain or allow a nuisance to exist. Each day a nuisance is continued shall constitute a separate offense. Upon conviction, the judge may impose any or all of the penalties set forth in chapter 1, section 1-12, as well as abatement pursuant to section 30-29(a).
