§ 38-13. Definition of floodplain boundaries.

(a)

Studied "A" zones, as identified in the FIS, shall be used to establish base flood elevations whenever available.

(b)

For all streams with a drainage area of 100 acres or greater, the future-conditions flood elevations shall be provided by the City of Riverdale. If future-conditions elevation data is not available from the City of Riverdale, then it shall be determined by a licensed professional engineer using a method approved by FEMA and the City of Riverdale.
