§ 3-15. Prohibited contracts.

The city shall not enter into any contract involving services or property with a member of the governing authority or with a business in which a member of the governing authority has an interest. This prohibition on contracts will remain in effect for the 24-month period after the member of the governing authority with the interest has left office.
