§ 50-81. Enforcement.

(a)

All law enforcement officials, code enforcement officials, officers and officials of the city are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to enforce compliance with this article.

(b)

The municipal court of the city shall have jurisdiction over the charges and offenses under this article and said charges shall be prosecuted like any other offense that arises from a violation of the city's Code of Ordinances.
