§ 50-111. Violations and penalties.

(a)

Upon conviction of violations of this section for the first time, an adult, parent, guardian or owner, operator or employee of an establishment shall be given a warning citation. Upon further convictions, an adult, parent, guardian or owner, operator or employee of an establishment shall be punished as provided in section 1-12. Except as otherwise provided, each violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Adjudication of violations of this article by minors shall be made in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 15-11-1 et seq.
