§ 62-61. Collection by city required; exceptions.

(a)

All garbage and trash accumulated in the city shall be collected, conveyed and disposed of by the city or city hauler, except as otherwise expressly authorized in this article. Use of the city collection and disposal system shall be required of all residential units in the city.

(b)

No person shall collect, convey over any of the streets or alleys of the city or dispose of any refuse accumulated in the city, except as expressly authorized in this article or as allowed by pertinent and appropriate actions of the city council.
