§ 69-3. Applicability.

The requirements set forth in this chapter shall govern antennas, monopoles, towers, support structures and other equipment used in connection or associated with transmitting and receiving communication frequencies ("telecommunication facilities") which exceed the height limitations specified for structures in each zoning district. The height limitations specified for each zoning district shall not apply to antennas, monopoles, towers or other equipment associated with transmitting and receiving communication frequencies.
