§ 6-70. Coin-operated amusement machines on premises.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person who holds a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages to keep, operate or maintain coin-operated amusement machines of like character on such licensed premises, except under the following circumstances:

    (1)

    For retail consumption dealers, the licensee derives at least 51 percent of its revenue from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages; or

    (2)

    For retail package dealers, the licensee derives at least 51 percent of its total annual gross revenues from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages.
