§ 6-81. Alcoholic beverages in billiard pool rooms.
It shall be unlawful for any person who holds a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages to keep, operate or maintain billiard tables, pool tables or any other table of like character on such licensed premises, except under the following circumstances:
(1)
For retail consumption dealers, the licensee derives at least 51 percent of its revenue from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages; or
(2)
For retail package dealers, the licensee derives at least 51 percent of its total annual gross revenues from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages.
