§ 70-32. General restriction.

No person shall stop, stand or park a truck tractor, bus, trailer, semitrailer or other similar vehicle on the right-of-way of any road, street, throughway or other avenue of travel in the city except while actually engaged in loading or unloading of merchandise or in cases of emergency.
