The parking of a truck tractor, bus, trailer or semitrailer or other similar vehicle on any street shall be prohibited for more than one hour between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the vehicle is in the charge of an attendant who is awake during all hours, and such parked vehicle shall be properly lighted so as to be visible to and not a hazard for traffic.
