§ 74-62. Tampering with meters; permission to receive water.

No person shall tamper with or break any seal on any water meter or water measuring device connected to the water system of the city. No person shall be authorized to use any water supplied by the city through its water mains unless permission is first granted by agents, servants or employees of the city for the furnishing of such water.
