§ 74-114. Mandatory connections.

In all cases where a sewer line is laid by the city, the following property owners shall be required to connect to the system:
(1)

All those property owners who have a lot or parcel which abuts a street in which the sewer line is laid.

(2)

All those property owners who have a lot or parcel in which a sewer line is laid.
