§ 74-116. Payment of assessment when sewer is extended in street.

If a sewer has been previously constructed in a street abutting a lot or parcel of land for a distance less than the full length of the side or front of the lot or parcel abutting the street and an assessment has been paid for such sewer, which assessment was based upon less than the entire length of the side or the front of the lot or parcel abutting the street, and the sewer is thereafter extended in the street abutting the lot or parcel, an assessment shall be made against the lot or parcel of land for the additional length of sewer laid in the abutting street based upon the sewer assessment rate then in effect at the time of the construction of the additional length of sewer.
