§ 74-122. Report and record of completion of sewer work.

When any sewer construction is completed, for which an assessment lien attached in favor of the city, the completion of the sewer shall be reported immediately to the city manager and he shall cause an entry of that completion to be promptly entered in a book provided for this recorded information, which book shall be made available to the public.
