§ 74-130. Amount of exemption from sewer assessment on corner lots.

The amount of frontage exempt from sewer assessment under provisions of section 74-129 shall not exceed 300 feet as measured from the corner or intersection of the two streets in which sewers have been laid. If the property thus exempted from sewer assessment shall subsequently be utilized such that building permits are issued for any building requiring sewer service into the sewer for which exemption was made, the owner of such lot or lots shall pay an amount as specified in section 74-115 for the privilege of connecting to the sewer.
