§ 1. Incorporation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, and it is hereby enacted by the authority aforesaid, that from and after the passage of this act, the inhabitants of the territory now embraced in the corporate limits of the City of Riverdale, located in the County of Clayton, located in the State of Georgia, be and are hereby incorporated under the name and style of "City of Riverdale."
