§ 35. Collection of tax not on digest.

Be it further enacted, that the mayor and councilmen shall have power to provide for the collection of taxes on property subject thereto which is not returned and not shown on the digest of the tax of the tax assessors; and to make such additional regulations as they deem necessary to secure the payment of taxes on all property subject thereto.
