§ 83. Repeal of laws.

Be it further enacted that all Acts of the General Assembly of Georgia heretofore passed incorporating the City of Riverdale, 1951 Ga. Laws, page 2112, and all amendments thereto, and all provisions therein, which are inconsistent with this act, are hereby repealed, and all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
