§ 10-35. Changes relating to adult entertainment establishments.

(a)

Change of location. No adult entertainment establishment shall move from the location specified on the permit.

(b)

Change of name. No permit holder shall operate, conduct, manage, engage in or carry on an adult entertainment establishment under any name other than the name of the business as specified on the permit.

(c)

Expansion of business. Any application for an extension or expansion of a building or other place of business where an adult entertainment establishment is located shall require inspection and shall comply with the provisions and regulations of this article and other applicable laws.
