§ 10-36. Violations of this article and associated penalties.

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in chapter 1, section 1-12. In addition to such fine or imprisonment, violation of this article shall also be grounds for immediate suspension or revocation of the permit issued under this article and/or any occupation tax permit issued to the violator.
