§ 14-31. Construction of article.

This article is enacted pursuant to Riverdale City Charter, sections 47 and 58 and O.C.G.A. § 4-8-20 et seq.

(b)

All terms in this article shall be defined and construed in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 4-8-20 et seq.
