§ 22-404. Duration, fees.

Peddlers' license fees shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges. Transient merchant licenses shall issue for a period of five days, shall expressly state thereon the location or area in which the business shall operate, and may be renewed once prior to the expiration of such license for an additional five-day period. Subsequent licenses may issue but not for the same business location or area within any calendar year. The license fee for each transient merchant license and each renewal shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges.
