§ 22-405. Exceptions.

Those organizations and individuals able to prove a nonprofit status as recognized by the revenue service agencies of state and federal government are exempt from fee payment as outlined in section 22-404, but must comply with all other provisions of this article. Those other firms, companies, organizations or businesses performing sales operations on a regularly scheduled route basis but maintaining no fixed location in the city are exempt from the provisions of this article.
