§ 26-3. Franchise term.

The franchise, authority or permit granted to the grantee pursuant to this chapter shall terminate 15 years from date of grant and may be renewed for successive 15-year terms on the same terms or conditions as contained in this article, or such different or additional terms and conditions as may be lawfully specified by the governing body, and consistent with the requirements of rule 76.31(a)(6) of the FCC.
