§ 26-33. Acceptance.

This chapter and its terms and provisions shall be accepted by a grantee by a written franchise agreement executed and acknowledged by grantee and filed with the city clerk. Such agreement shall incorporate the grantee's written application to the city for the CATV franchise and shall bind the grantee to the provisions of the application. The governing body may require a grantee to clarify any portion of its written application prior to final acceptance.
