§ 26-34. Extension of city limits.

Upon the annexation of any territory to the city (other than through a governmental consolidation process, as to which the city makes no agreement), the right and franchise hereby granted shall extend to the territory so annexed to the extent the city has authority; and all facilities owned, maintained or operated by grantee, located within, under or over streets of the territory so annexed, shall thereafter be subject to all terms hereof.
