§ 2-200. Purpose.

To stimulate the economy of the City Riverdale, Georgia by creating a local preference program to apply to certain categories of purchases by the city. The local preference program is designed to grant vendors with ties to the City of Riverdale, Georgia with heightened consideration during the competitive bid process utilized by the city.
