§ 2-206. Joint bids.

(a)

Competitive bids submitted jointly by multiple companies are eligible for local preference bonuses asset forth below.

(1)

If one of the companies submitting a joint bid qualifies as local under this article, than the local preference bonus will be equal to the relevant percentage (i.e. 5%, 7% or 10%) divided by the percentage of proceeds of the anticipated contract with the City of Riverdale that will be received by the local company.

(2)

If more than one of the companies submitting a joint bid qualifies as local under this article, than the local preference bonus will be equal to the highest relevant percentage (i.e. 5%, 7% or 10%) divided by the percentage of proceeds of the anticipated contract with the City of Riverdale that will be received by all of the local companies
