§ 50-7. Open wells and excavations.

It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner or occupant of enclosed premises within the city, whereon any uncovered or insecurely covered well, hole or pit in the ground is located, to maintain or allow such well, pit or hole in the ground to remain in such condition as to be dangerous to any person or domestic animal.
