§ 62-30. Same—Penalty for failure to use city selected refuse hauling company.

Failure to perform any act required by this article, or the performing of any act prohibited by this article, shall constitute an offense and shall subject the offender to prosecution in the municipal court of the city. The maximum penalty imposed for any violation of this article shall be as provided in chapter 1, section 1-12.
