§ 62-29. Same—Current agreement with refuse hauling company.

All owners and occupants of commercial and industrial property and all owners of multi-family property with executed contracts with refuse hauling companies effective on or before January 1, 2009 shall be allowed to continue with those contracts until the end of the contract term. Immediately upon expiration of the contract term, said owners and occupants of commercial and industrial property and all owners of multi-family property shall be required to exclusively use a refuse hauling company selected by the City of Riverdale as set forth in section 62-28.
