§ 62-28. Use of city selected refuse hauling company—City selected refuse hauling company.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the City of Riverdale Charter, section 54, all owners and occupants of commercial and industrial property and all owners of multi-family property shall be required to exclusively use a refuse hauling company selected by the City of Riverdale as of January 1, 2009.
