§ 62-68. Collection.

Latest version.

(a)

All collections from residential property in the city shall be made by the city contractor.

(b)

Collections from residential property shall be made weekly and shall conform to the schedule approved by the city manager.

(c)

Collection service shall be discontinued where standard or special containers are inadequate or unfit and the owner or occupant of the premises has failed or refused to correct the situation within ten days after notice of the inadequacy or unfitness has been given.
