§ 62-69. Collection charges.

(a)

Charges for solid waste collection shall be as fixed from time to time by resolution of the mayor and council and shall be billed by the city.

(b)

The city shall maintain all records of pickups and shall have the responsibility for collecting from each of its citizens benefiting from the garbage pickups by the collector.
