§ 74-33. Extending service beyond corporate limits.

No water or sewerage service shall be extended to any residence or business establishment outside the corporate limits without the express permission of the city council. Such permission shall be granted only by affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum and the city clerk shall maintain a special file of all requests together with the official action taken thereon.
