§ 74-37. Execution for water and sewerage charges.

Latest version.

Whenever water and sewerage bills shall be due by any person for using water and sewerage service and such bills shall not be paid on demand by the city water department, it shall be lawful for the city clerk to issue an execution to be signed by the city manager and directed to the chief of police of the city against such property owner for the water and sewerage bill due, as in the case of taxes due the city.
