§ 74-64. Use of water after disconnection by city.

If at any time water service is discontinued to any water customer or to any person, water service shall not be furnished again to such person until authorized by an agent, servant, or employee of the city, and the customer or person shall not, without the permission of the city, endeavor in any manner whatsoever to turn on or cause water from the city mains to be used for the customer or person who has had the water service discontinued.
